Measurement Laboratory operates within the structures of Limatherm Sensor Sp. z o.o.

The history of the production of measuring instruments and metrological control began in 1969 with the establishment of the Branch of the Krakow Measurement Equipment Factory in Limanowa. As a result of organisational changes in 2004, a new company LIMATHERM SENSOR Sp. z o.o. was established. Over 50 years of experience in performing temperature measurements has enabled us to develop appropriate management system procedures and technical requirements, thanks to which we provide services of the highest quality in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

Measurement Laboratory holds the Accredited Calibration Laboratory Certificate No. AP 108, issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, signatory to the EA Multilateral Agreement (EA MLA) and ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (ILAC MRA) on mutual recognition of calibration certificates, confirming the competence of the services provided and the fulfilment of the technical requirements for calibration.

Business goal – calibration performed at the permanent establishment and on the premises

Many years of experience and continuous improvement of measuring methods allowed the Laboratory to optimise the calibration process of measuring instruments by automation of measuring stations, which resulted in increased quality of calibration and reduced time of service provision. We also provide on-site calibration services. Thanks to proprietary solutions, the software can be adapted to the needs and requirements of our customers. The Laboratory aims at the constant increase of their trust and satisfaction. Continuous broadening of the offer and scope of calibration, as well as a high level of services is achieved by the reliability of results and periodic comparisons. In order to improve the applied calibration methods, we have established cooperation with other laboratories, including scientific and research entities.
