The Laboratory, as confirmation of the calibration performed, shall issue a calibration certificate in accordance with the PCA guidelines, the content of which shall comply with the requirements of sections: 5.6.2.1.1, 5.10.2 and 5.10.4 of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.
